Staff will be required to promote our services users independence and provide care that empowers and enables a person-centered approach to care. Care staff will need to engage and promote partnership working with all involved in an individual’s package of care whilst ensuring dignity and privacy is protected at all times.

All care staff should be: Caring, Compassionate, competent, Good communicators & be able
to show courage & commitment to the care they will provide to our services users.

We understand that bringing care providers into the home is a big step, which is why each care package is created with a personal approach. Reassured all our client’s specific needs are paramount, together with their own wishes and preferences.

The results of which we hope will enforce not only an empowered experience of care,but will also deliver a high quality of care, at value for money.

All our staff will achieve The Care Certificate, Awareness of Dementia & Understanding End of Life, Safeguarding & Adult Abuse, Administration of Medication, Health & Safety, Moving & Handling, Food Hygiene & First Aid, Understanding Infection Control, and where applicable those certificates will be refreshed annually.
